Email a Deletion RequestWhen your account is deleted, the following personal account data is removed or cleared:
The TFF Field App is an official program tool. Field and program records you created or contributed to — such as farmer profiles, training records, FFS group activity, VSLA savings and loan records, event attendance, and monitoring data — are not personal data about you and remain in the program backend so the Tobacco Free Farming program can continue operating. Where required, your individual attribution on these records is anonymized after account deletion.
Your personal account details are cleared immediately when the account is deleted. The deactivated account record is retained in a soft-deleted state for up to 90 days to protect against accidental deletion and for security auditing, after which it is permanently removed. Synchronized program records may be retained for the duration required by FAO program reporting, audit, and legal compliance obligations.
